Wedding-day timing is unforgiving. Photos start at a set time. Ceremony starts at a set time. The band starts at a set time. Whoever's moving the wedding party has to be earlier than all of it. That's the whole job, and we take it seriously.
We handle two things most weddings need:
- Wedding party transportation. Getting the couple, bridesmaids, groomsmen, and immediate family between the getting-ready location, photo spots, the ceremony, and the reception. Everyone in the same vehicle, nobody parking, nobody late.
- Guest shuttles. Continuous loops between hotels and the venue so out-of-town guests don't have to drive. Then a scheduled last shuttle back to the hotels at the end of the night so nobody's stuck.
Spokane has a range of venue types — downtown historic buildings, riverfront properties, and wineries out toward Green Bluff and beyond. We're comfortable with all of them and plan the route ahead of time with the couple or the coordinator.
How we work with couples and planners

- On the day, the driver checks in with your coordinator and stays on schedule.
- Guest shuttle end-times and pickup spots are printed on the timeline so guests know.
